He experimented with a variety of positions throughout his time at Bajaj Auto, leading the company's international business, legal, and finance departments. Using General Motors as a model, he was credited with introducing American-style supply chain management to Bajaj Auto. Apart from implementing top management techniques, he also promotes a lean company model and the "break to grow" idea. He is currently employed with Bajaj Auto as a non-executive director.  The Business man of the year in India 2018  goes to                       Sir Siddharatha lal He is the CEO and managing director of Eicher motors  Following his graduation, Lal began working for MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. In an effort to stop the company's losses, he joined the Eicher Group in 1999 and served in a number of roles within the tractor division before taking over as CEO of Royal Enfield in 2000 at the age of 26. Working out of Royal Enfield's Chennai headquarters, he introduced cost-cutting measures and upgraded the company's products between 2000 and 2004. "To be honest, that sounded like a fun thing to do at age 26. According to Lal, in a 2015 interview, "I could eat, sleep, ride, and talk motorcycles." Lal began serving as Eicher Motors' chief operating officer (COO) in January 2004. Lal became the MD and CEO of Eicher Motors in May 2006.                                        THANK YOU

 The Entrepreneur of the year in India 2019  goes to                Madam kiran Mazumdar shaw                         She is the chairperson and managing director of Biocon  Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw  (born 23 March 1953) is an Indian  billionaire  entrepreneur . She is the executive chairperson and founder of  Biocon  Limited and Biocon Biologics Limited,  a biotechnology company based in  Bangalore , India  and the former chairperson of  Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore .  In 2014, she was awarded the  Othmer Gold Medal  for outstanding contributions to the progress of science and chemistry.  She was on the  Financial Times  2011 top 50 women in business list.  In 2019, she was listed as the 68th most powerful woman in the world by  Forbes .  She was named EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2020.  She was married to John Shaw.                                                                        THANK YOU

With the help of his brothers in family business distribution in other subsidiary firms, he chose to establish the Company Marico after working with his cousins and family in his family business from an office in Mumbai's Masjid Bunder. He established Marico in 1990, a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturer and distributor with operations in 25 Asian and African nations. He is also the creator of the peer-learning entrepreneurship platform Ascent Foundation and the skin care clinic chain Kaya Limited, which operate throughout the Middle East and India.  The Entrepreneur of the year in India 2021 goes to                   Madam Falguni Nayar She is the founder and CEO of Nykaa In 1993, Nayar left her position as a consultant at A. F. Ferguson & Co. to join Kotak Mahindra Group. She started her as the head of the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team at Kotak Mahindra and then opened institutional equities operations in New York City and London. 2001 saw her go back to India. She was named director of Kotak Securities, the institutional equities division, and managing director of Kotak Mahindra Capital, the investment banking division, in 2005. In 2012, she left her position. Using $2 million of her personal funds, she launched Nykaa in April 2012, at the age of 50. As of 2021, Nykaa was valued at $2.3 billion, increasing Nayar's estimated wealth to $1.1 billion.                                                     THANK YOU

 The business man of the year in India 2022 goes to                          Sir Sajjan Jindal He is the chairman and managing director  of JSW group He began working for the OP Jindal Group in 1982 as a recently graduated mechanical engineer from Bengaluru. A year later, he relocated to Mumbai to oversee activities in the western region. Jindal's father, Om Prakash Jindal, put him to the test in 1983–1984 by giving him instructions to reorganize two plants close to Mumbai. In 1989, he supported the establishment of Jindal Iron and Steel Company Limited (JISCO) to produce cold-rolled and galvanized sheet products. In order to guarantee total integration of the manufacturing advances in 1995, he promoted Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Limited (JVSL), JSW Energy Limited (JSWEL), Jindal Praxair Oxygen Limited (JPOCL), and Vijaynagar Minerals Private Limited (VMPL).                                                    THANK YOU

 The Business Man of the Year in India 2023 goes to                    Sir  Dinesh Kumar Khara He is the chairperson of the State bank of India   Sir Khara began working for SBI as a probationary officer in 1984. He has served in a number of important capacities, including CEO and MD of SBI Mutual Funds, MD of Associates & Subsidiaries, MD of Global Banking & Subsidiaries, and Chief General Manager of Bhopal Circle. Additionally, he was assigned to an overseas posting at SBI, Chicago. In his capacity as Managing Director, he oversaw the Bank's non-banking subsidiaries, such as SBI Cards, SBIMF, SBI Life Insurance, and SBI General Insurance, as well as the International Banking Group, Corporate Banking, and Global Treasury Operations. He carried out the integration of Bhartiya Mahila Bank and five SBI subsidiaries.
